Haruka Watanabe is an employee of a major general contractor, Daireiwa Construction. She is responsible for conceptually planning the urban development aspects of the soon-to-be reconstructed disaster area. As a participant in the land utilization competition, her plans do not proceed easily due to clashing intentions within her company, and conflicts with local residents. In her various interactions, Haruka repeatedly asks what a "city" is in the first place: "What is livability?" She is a thinker in an era of dramatic change due to phenomena occurring on a global scale, leaving no one's life unaffected. Against the backdrop of the growing human crisis, this is a musical work that asks what it means for people to "live" there. Please stay tuned.
