Combining the European ancient instrument, the hurdy-gurdy, nicknamed the 'medieval synthesiser', and a state-of-the-art modular synthesiser reminiscent of early electronic music, he performs in a thoroughly abstract style of expression based on drone (performance with sustained sound), which is concerned with 'sounds that lead to other worlds' that directly affect the listener's musical sensibilities, rather than his or her own.
