Digital contents (for sellers)

You have the option to sell your own digital content files, such as music, voices, illustrations, and photos, on the official store.

Before listing your items, please review the official store listing guidelines.

For Those Who Want to List

To sell digital content on the Official store, you need to register as a seller.

Initial Costs and Fees

Initial costs

It is free.

Sales commission

There is a flat 20% commission for each item.

Other fees

A transfer fee of 300 yen applies.
Additionally, if a retransfer is necessary due to incorrect account information, a retransfer fee of 1000 yen will apply.

Registering Digital Content

Once your seller registration is complete, you can add new products from [Premiere Distribution/Official Store] > [My Shop] > [Add Product].

Entering Basic Information

  1. Product Category
    Select "Illustration/Material" or "Voice/Music" based on the item you are listing.

Uploading Files

  • Add Content
    Upload the data you want to sell as a product.
  • Price
    Enter a price between 100 yen and 30,000 yen. If you check "Make it free," it will be a free downloadable content.

Message Function

By turning on the message function, buyers and sellers can exchange messages up to 15 times within 30 days of content purchase.

Setting Public/Private for Digital Content

You can set the status of "public" or "private" for both "products" and "content" for digital content.
If a "product" is public, and at least one item within it is public, other users can purchase it.
If a "product" is private or if all "content" within a "product" is private, other users cannot purchase it.

About My Shop

You can manage and check information related to your products.

  • Products: Displays a list of your products.
  • Sales Status: Check details such as the number of items sold and availability.
  • Sales: Check monthly sales and payment status.
  • Messages: Exchange messages between buyers and sellers.

Receiving Sales Status Report Emails

By turning on the "Email Reception Setting," you can receive emails with the sales status report for items sold the previous day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. A buyer wants to cancel a product already paid for.
A. Due to the specifications of the official store, products with completed payments cannot be canceled.

Q. Regarding new product registration and changes.
A. New product registration and deletion are possible at any time. (※ Deletion is not possible for products already purchased.)
Additionally, you can change the content of published products and set them to public/private at any time.

Q. Demo audio for voice content listed in the official store is not displayed.
A. For audio longer than 120 seconds, a button to play the first 30 seconds will be displayed.
For audio less than 120 seconds, no play button will be displayed.

Q. Regarding the sale of physical items such as CDs or photos.
A. It is not possible to sell physical "items" such as CDs or photos. Only music or image data can be sold.

Q. Regarding communication with buyers.
A. Organizers can send a non-reply email to the email registered by the buyer. (※ However, contacting specific users individually is not possible.)
