  1. Click [Perks] on the screen
  2. Click the gear icon > [Cancel Membership]
  3. Click Cancel

  1. Click on your icon on the top right > [Enrolled Memberships]
  2. Click the gear icon > Click [Cancel Membership]
  3. Click [Cancel]

  On app

  

  1. Go to My Page > [Enrolled Membership]
  2. Tap the gear icon > Click [Cancel]
  3. Tap [Cancel]

  iOS in-app purchase

  iOS in-app purchase can only be cancelled from an iOS device.

  1. Go to [Settings] on the iOS device > Tap the Apple ID
  2. Tap [Subscription] > Tap the relevant subscription (TwitCasting app)
  3. Cancel Subscription

  How to cancel membership

  1. Tap your icon in the upper right corner of the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap [Payment & subscription] > [Subscriptions] > Select the membership > [Cancel Subscription]
  3. Select the reason for cancellation > Tap [Continue] > [Cancel subscription]
