TwitCasting Call allows users to participate on the stream with audio.

 

Features

  • No need to set the streaming mode in advance, and you can turn on/off the TwitCasting Call at any time during the stream.
  • Up to 100 people can participate in a TwitCasting call.
  • You can participate in a call to another distributor's stream even during the streaming

Before starting a TwitCasting Callx

Supported Versions iPhone: TwitCasting Live v5.300 or higher Android: TwitCasting Viewer v5.305 or higher PC: Please check the recommended environmentfor PC.

  • TwitCasting Call is a audio call-in feature.
  • You can join from a PC browser or iOS/Android app.
  • You cannot join from a mobile browser.
  • Not available in Screen stream mode or the TwitCasting Games app.
  • Not available during the collabo stream.

How to start (For Streamer)

Start a call

iOS/Android App
When you turn on "Live Settings" > "Enable TwitCasting Calls at the start of the stream" to start the stream, the stream will start with requesting calls.
You can turn ON/OFF the call requests by tapping the icon on bottom right corner of streaming screen.
※If you turn off, existing requests will be deleted.

When you receive requests, you will see notifications on icon which is in bottom right corner of streaming screen. Accept from icon on bottom right. To end the call, tap the icon of participant > End call.

PC
Select Broadcast > Web broadcast/Use streaming software, and turn on the TwitCasting Call to accept requests.
You can turn it ON/OFF while streaming.

Accepting the request

Click on requests that appears on your screen.

End Call

When you turn off the TwitCasting Call, all requests will be cancelled. To end a call for specific user, click the icon > "End Call".

Joining a TwitCasting Call as a viewer

iOS/Android Devices:iOS/iPadOS 12 / Android 8 or above TwitCasting app:iOS Viewer ver.5.300 /Android ver.5.300 or above Tap the icon Tap the icon in the center right of the streaming screen to send a request.

When the request is accepted, an icon will appear on the screen and you can start a talking.

PC Click "Join Collabo" button in the lower right corner of the streaming screen > "Request" button to send your request.

  • Please note that if you stream and join a call simultaneously on the same device, the connection may become unstable.
  • Participation on TwitCasting Call is excluded from counting experience or cumulative viewing time.
  • It is recommended to wear headphones when participating.
  • If you do not use headphones, please turn on the "Echo Reduction".

FAQ

Audio cannot be transmitted using Streaming software
