About Premier Live


Premier Live is TwitCasting's ticket-based paid live streaming feature.
By selling Premier Live tickets on TwitCasting's official store (Casm Market), you can host live streaming events that only those who purchased tickets can watch.

About Fees


The fees incurred when selling Premier Live tickets are as follows:

● Sales Commission

For each ticket purchased, a 6% sales commission of the ticket price is charged.

For archives purchased through the Premier Archive sales feature, a 10% sales commission of the sale price will be charged.

* If you use music on Premier Live, usage fees for JASRAC and NexTone are required, but they are included in the sales commission for Premier Live. If you use JASRAC or NexTone-managed music, please submit a music report.

● Transfer Fee

A fee of 300 yen is charged when transferring revenue to your registered account.

● Re-transfer Fee

Only if re-transfer is necessary due to incorrect account information, a re-transfer fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.

The fees for selling Premier Live tickets are only the above three.
There are no registration fees, monthly usage fees, or transaction fees.

Seller Registration


To sell Premier Live tickets, you need to register as a seller on Casm Market.

  1. Log in with the account you want to sell tickets
    • The seller account on Casm Market is the same as the broadcast account for Premier Live.
    • If you don't have a TwitCasting account, log in with your existing social media account or create a Casm account. Premier Live can only be viewed with the purchasing account.

  2. Complete seller registration
  3. Apply for review
    • After registering seller and bank account information, tap "Apply" to complete the application and proceed to review.
    • You can still sell and broadcast during the review process.

How to Sell Premier Live Tickets


Once seller registration is complete, you can register new Premier Live tickets from Official Store > My Shop > Add Item.
Before registering a new ticket, please check the Casm Market Guidelines for Selling.

Supported Languages: Turn on "English Support" to add English version product names, images, and product descriptions. Set the language at the bottom of the TwitCasting homepage to "English" to switch to the English version product page.

Product Category: Select "Premier Live Ticket."

Product Creation: Check "Copy existing product information to create" to duplicate past product information.

Product Name: Register the title of the ticket.

Live Date: Register the date of the live event.

Recording Public Setting: Set to "Automatically Publish" to automatically publish recordings after the live broadcast ends during tool broadcasts.

Recording Posting End Date: Set the date up to 14 days as the viewing deadline, which will be displayed on the product page.

Purchase Benefit: If there are benefits that require shipping, check "Sell as a ticket with benefits." For details, see How to Use Tickets with special gift.

Product Image: Register an image to be set as the thumbnail for the product. The image will be automatically adjusted to "960px × 960px" when added.

Product Introduction: Describe the details of the Premier Live event you are hosting. If there are benefits with shipping, be sure to include information on the shipping area (prefecture or city) for the benefits when checking the purchase benefit.

How to Sell Premier Live Tickets


Once your seller registration is complete, you can register new Premier Live tickets by going to [ Official Store ] > [ My Shop ] > [ Add Item ].

Selling Price: Set the price between 300 and 100,000 yen. The price can be changed after the start of sales.

Sales Quantity: You can set a limit on the number of tickets to be sold. If you want to end sales midway, set the sales quantity limit to the number of tickets already sold.

Archive Sales: Check to reserve the sale of Premier Archive. If you want to start sales automatically after the sale ends, set the sale start date and sale price. For details, see [ How to Use the Premier Archive Sales Feature ].

Add Ticket Types: Check to add ticket types with different prices within the same event.

Public: Checking "Public" and registering will make the ticket sales page public, and sales will begin. If saved as private, only the seller's account can access the ticket sales page.

Setting Start and End Dates and Times for Publication: You can automatically publish and unpublish the product at specified dates and times.

How to Use Tickets with special gift


If you want to sell tickets with benefits that require shipping, check "Sell as a ticket with benefits" to request input of shipping destination information from buyers.

How to Use Tickets with Digital Contents


If you want to sell tickets with benefits that do not require shipping, check "Make this ticket come with digital contents" to provide digital contents such as your own music, voice, illustrations, or photos. For details, see [ here ].

How to Use Membership Exclusive Tickets


If you are a seller with membership ownership, you can sell Premier Live tickets that can only be purchased by users who have joined the membership. For details, see [ here ].

How to Use Premier Archive Sales Feature


The Premier Archive sales feature allows you to sell recorded live streams from Premier broadcasts with a viewing deadline of 7 days from the day after the expiration of the viewing period. The tickets for the sold Premier Archives will be displayed in the "Live Recordings" tab of the official store. If you want to automatically start selling Premier Archives when the Premier broadcast's public period ends, check "Sell recordings at a new price after the public period of the Premier broadcast ends," and enter the sale start date and price.

How to Broadcast Premier Live


Once the registration of the Premier Live ticket is complete, a group category with the same name as the product will be created. When conducting Premier broadcasts, be sure to select the relevant Premier broadcast group before starting the broadcast.
Premier broadcasts can be continuous for up to 8 hours without requiring coins.
The video seconds after the live start will be automatically set as the thumbnail.

How to Broadcast from the TwitCasting Live App


  1. Install the TwitCasting Live App
  2. Open the live app and log in with the seller account
  3. Select the Premier broadcast group with the same name as the registered Premier Live ticket and start broadcasting

*Broadcast Test Method*

  • Version 5.000 and later: Open the live app, set the broadcast range to (Group-limited distribution) from live settings, and select the "Broadcast Test" group to perform a non-public broadcast test.
  • Version 4.072 and earlier: Open the live app, set the "Broadcast Test" group from category settings, and perform a non-public broadcast test.

How to Broadcast from PC Browser


  1. Open TwitCasting and log in with the seller account
  2. Open the PC (browser) broadcasting page from 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Broadcast】
  3. Confirm the broadcasting settings and start broadcasting

*Broadcast Test Method*

  • You can perform a non-public broadcast test from the broadcasting page of 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Broadcast】>【PC (browser) broadcasting (for test broadcast)】.

How to Broadcast Using External Tools


  1. Open TwitCasting and log in with the seller account
  2. Open the external tool broadcasting page from 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Broadcast】
  3. Copy the "RTMP URL" and "Stream Key" from the broadcasting page
  4. Set the "RTMP URL" and "Stream Key" on the broadcasting tool side and start broadcasting

*Broadcast Test Method*

  • You can perform a non-public broadcast test from the broadcasting page of 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Broadcast】>【External tool broadcasting (for test broadcast)】. Copy the server and stream key and broadcast from your broadcasting software in non-public mode.

Invite Others to Broadcast Test

  • Share the invitation URL displayed in the broadcasting test menu of 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Broadcast】. When the invited person presses the "Join" button on the invitation page, they can watch the test broadcast with that account.
  • Notification of the start of the test broadcast will be sent only to members invited to the test broadcast.

■How to Invite for Premier Broadcast


You can invite up to 1000 people for free.
Invited users can watch Premier broadcasts live or recorded without purchasing.

  1. Go to 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Invite】
  2. Copy the invitation code URL displayed on the invitation page and share it with those you want to invite
  3. People who receive the invitation access the URL page and press "Join"

※ Under the list of free invitation accounts, the list of accounts invited by purchasing gifts is displayed. Accounts invited by purchasing gifts cannot be removed from the list. Help: [Buyers] I want to give Premier Live tickets as a gift

■How to Send Broadcast Start Notifications


  • By sending broadcast start notifications, you can send live start notifications to ticket buyers through push notifications.
  • The first comment content after live start will be the notification message.

■ New Ticket Notification


For event tickets and premier delivery tickets, automatic notifications will be sent for new products.
If you register a new product for event tickets or premier delivery in the "public" state, on the day after the registration date around 9 AM, a new product registration notification email will be sent to all users who wish to receive new notifications.

※ Buyers can unsubscribe from receiving new product registration notification emails. For the unsubscription process, refer to this link.
※ A new product registration notification email will be sent once for each product.
※ If you register tickets as "private," the new product registration notification email will be sent after the tickets are made public.
※ New product registration notification emails will not be sent when registering related tickets.

■ Receive Sales Status Report Emails


By enabling the sales status report from the "Email Settings," you can receive emails with the sales quantity, sales amount, etc., of the products sold the previous day.

How to Publish Premier Delivery Recordings (Archives)


When you publish the recording of a live, ticket buyers can rewatch the live video for 14 days from the day after the live date.

From the day after the expiration of the viewing period for premier delivery recordings, you can set a new price and resell the live recordings that have ended. For details, see How to resurrect accidentally deleted live recordings.

  • Publish the Recording
    • You can make private recordings public by going to 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Recordings】>【Target Recording Page】>【Publish Recording】.

Selling Premier Archive After Sales End


From the day after the expiration of the viewing period for premier delivery recordings, you can sell live recordings of premier delivery that have ended their sales for 7 days from the purchase date, with a viewing deadline. You can set a new selling price and make it public from 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Archive Sales】.
※ Sales of Premier Archives will continue until you change the ticket information of the corresponding archive to private.
※ Buyers of Premier Archives can watch the archive for 7 days even if the ticket information for the corresponding archive becomes private.
※ Be aware that if you set the recording publication setting to private, even if there is remaining viewing time, you cannot watch it. ※ You cannot sell premier delivery that has not ended its sales as a Premier Archive.

■ How to Download Recordings


  • You can check premier delivery recordings from 【Official Store】 >【My Shop】 >【Recordings】.
  • If you want to save, download it from the 【Download Recording】 on the recording page.
  • You cannot watch or save premier delivery recordings 14 days after the delivery date and time registered on the ticket.

How to Check Sales Quantity and Revenue


Check Sales Quantity

  • You can check the tickets purchased from 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Sales Status】.

Check Revenue

  • You can check the sales status and scheduled transfer date from 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Revenue】.
  • The revenue from premier delivery tickets will be automatically transferred to your registered account based on the "Delivery Date" registered in the ticket. If the ticket is purchased after the delivery date, the transfer will be made based on the "Buyer's Payment Date," following either "Payment on the 5th, Transfer on the 25th" or "Payment on the 20th, Transfer on the next month's 10th."
  • The revenue from Premier Archives will be automatically transferred to your registered account based on the "Buyer's Payment Date," following either "Payment on the 5th, Transfer on the 25th" or "Payment on the 20th, Transfer on the next month's 10th."

When Postponing or Canceling a Live


When Postponing

  • If one or more tickets have been purchased, you cannot change the delivery date and time from the product editing screen. If you need to change the date and time after ticket sales, please contact support with the "Target product, reason for change, changed delivery date and time, and viewing deadline for recording (up to 14 days later)" written down.
  • The acceptance of date changes is until 3 days after the registered delivery date. Changes after that will not be accepted. ※ Including the confirmation on the support side, you need to apply for the procedure by 3 days after the event date, considering non-business days on weekends and holidays. If you plan to postpone, please contact us as soon as possible.

When Canceling

  • If one or more tickets have already been purchased, you cannot delete the registered premier delivery tickets. Please contact us through the inquiry form with the "URL of the sales page" in the body, stating that you wish to cancel the event (if a refund of the ticket price is required, check how to use the refund system).
  • If a refund of the ticket price is required for ticket buyers, you can only proceed with the refund procedure on TwitCasting through the refund system if the following conditions are met.
  • Acceptance of cancellation and refund is until 3 days after the registered delivery date. Changes after that will not be accepted. ※ Including the confirmation on the support side, you need to apply for the procedure by 3 days after the event date, considering non-business days on weekends and holidays. If you plan to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • For details on the refund procedure, please check how to use the refund system.
  • If you do not use the refund system, use the message function to communicate directly with the buyer. Even if the live is not held, the revenue from already sold tickets will be transferred to your designated account according to the payment cycle.

How to Contact Buyers

You can contact buyers using the message and email functions.

Message Function

  • You can exchange messages one-on-one with users who have completed ticket purchases.
  • You can check the list of sent and received messages from 【Official Store】>【Messages】.
  • You cannot edit or delete a message once sent.
  • Free invitation and gift participants can use the message function only during the viewing period (14 days for premier delivery, 7 days for premier archive).

Email Function

  • You can send a non-reply mass email to the email address registered by the ticket buyer from 【Official Store】>【My Shop】>【Products】>【Email】.
  • Since the email is sent from Moi Co., Ltd.'s address (casma@twitcasting.tv), the seller's email address will not be disclosed.
